Middle Fork Rapid Transit is a family business. Dr. Bob and Karen Porter began taking guests down the Idaho ’s Middle Fork Salmon River in 1980.
One by one, their four sons helped
build the enterprise into one of the Now, the youngest son, Grant, and his wife, Kim, have taken the oars and manage Middle Fork Rapid Transit and its family of guides.
