If a reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to launch,
the deposit, less a $100 per person service charge,
will be refunded (120 days for group and charter trips).
Should you have to cancel your reservations within 90
days of the launch date, deposits and final payments
are non-refundable. You may replace your reservation
with alternate guests, however.
Trip insurance is highly recommended as the Middle Fork is located in the wilderness area and is prone to wildfires and slides. If your trip is cancelled as a result of a wildfire or slide your trip will not be refunded.
